Mission Statement
To provide a first-class advocacy service with assists and signposts D/deaf people towards education and emplyoyment opportunities, by building self-confidence and encouraging a positive attitude, enabling individuals to develop their ideas and acheive their personal goals.
Vision
• D/deaf people will be confident in their own abilities and able to achieve their own personal goals.
• D.E.A.F will be successfully working in partnership with educational institutions and employer organisations, delivering a first class service to D/deaf people.
• D/deaf people will not have barriers in engaging with educational institutions, employers or other organisations and will feel fully included in society.
• Parents of D/deaf children will feel supported throughout their child’s development as a result of advice and guidance from DEAF.

• We recognise the diversity within the D/deaf community and seek to give them equality of opportunity in accessing our services.
• We want to hear the voice of clients and professionals and use their feedback to improve what we do.
